WHAT IS THE COMBINE?
The Bayside Elite Combine is a professionally run, two-hour basketball evaluation session and is the only way to be selected for the Bayside Elite Showcase. Every athlete must attend the Combine to be eligible. Throughout the session, players complete structured athletic testing (speed, agility, vertical jump), basketball skill drills, and live game play—all under the guidance of experienced coaches. It is designed to assess both ability and potential in a controlled, high-performance environment. what is the showcase?
The Bayside Elite Showcase is a two-day, AAU-style basketball tournament designed for Victoria’s most competitive young athletes, with divisions for 12U, 15U, and 18U. Players are selected exclusively through the Combine and drafted into balanced teams of eight. Across both days, athletes compete in a full schedule of games in a high-level, professional environment. Each player receives a custom Nike uniform and benefits from full media coverage, including filmed games, highlight reels, and professional photography. For parents, the Showcase offers more than just another tournament—it delivers an elite experience that helps your child grow in confidence, build a sense of achievement, and feel truly recognised for their hard work.
